This policy describes the Rucking Realty Group website. Rucking Realty Group is the TREC-registered team name of Mike and Natalie Evans, brokered by BK Real Estate, a registered DBA of Brittney Kosev Real Estate, LLC.
Separate services, including a lender, title company, brokerage transaction system, or property-search service, may have their own privacy notices. This policy does not replace those notices.
Information you provide
The contact form asks for your name, email address, and message. Your phone number and the topic of your inquiry are optional. We use what you send to understand your request and respond.
If you choose a phone, text, or email link, your device opens the relevant service. Information you share through that service becomes part of your conversation with the team.
Please do not send Social Security numbers, financial account details, identity documents, or other sensitive records through the website contact form.
Technical information and cookies
Website hosting and delivery services may process ordinary request information, such as an IP address, browser details, requested page, and request time, to deliver and protect the site.
The contact form uses automated spam checks and temporarily processes an IP address and request count to limit repeated submissions. This information is held in server memory rather than a contact database.

How contact messages are handled
When online delivery is available, the form sends your inquiry through Resend, an email delivery service, to the team’s designated inbox. Your email address is included so the team can reply. The website does not save inquiries in a separate lead database or silently store them when sending fails.
If the form cannot deliver your message, it tells you and offers a way to email the team directly. If online delivery has not been connected, it offers to open a prepared message in your own email app. That message is only sent when you send it through your email service.
Hosting, email delivery, and email providers process information needed for their services. This website does not include a feature that sells contact information, shares it with advertising platforms, or enrolls form submissions in a marketing list.
Retention and your choices
Delivered messages become email correspondence and may remain in the team’s mailbox and service-provider systems. This website does not set an automatic deletion period for that correspondence. Information associated with a real estate transaction may also be subject to separate brokerage recordkeeping obligations.
